About the Wine
One of those beautifully-coloured, luminous wines that results from combining red and white grapes in the vinification. A vintage of compact, crystalline fruits and stony minerals, elevated by a gentle piquancy to the acids.
Mondeuse and Jacquère du Bugey go through 3 weeks of maceration together before being pressed with a vertical ratchet press into old barrels for 9 months. Mouth-watering and incredibly more-ish.
