Returns Policy
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including return postage, if you have received the wrong item.
For damaged items, please check your delivery before signing for it. If anything is damaged please ask the driver to note damages on their sheet AND your delivery note and sign both themselves before you sign for the delivery. We will replace or refund any breakages acknowledged this way by the driver on delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for and breakages that have been signed for as complete.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Please ensure you have included instructions for the delivery driver in the event you won’t be around to receive delivery. we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods that you have left instructions for to be left outside.
Please check for any breakages before signing for your delivery. we cannot be held responsible for any breakages if you have signed for the delivery as complete.
We will endeavor to dispatch your order the same day, provided it is received before midday, for delivery by 4pm the following day, Monday to Thursday. (For Scottish Highlands and offshore, delivery will be 48hrs from dispatch).
- Orders received on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
- Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, delivered Tuesday
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
