This is a blend of their own Gamay with grapes from the Alsace, this time we have Sylvaner & Pinot Blanc joining the party, with everything being macerated together in whole bunches for a week before ageing in foudre barrel. It's a luminous, lifted wine; the white grapes giving a lovely aromatic aspect floating over all the crunchy red fruits. A chiller. Find out more.
