About the Wine
From the Piccadilly Valley, this is macerated in whole bunches before very light pressing. The result is a light red with a balance of herbal and fruit flavours. Don’t expect any jammy, overdone New World red - this wine shows there can be a different way with Adelaide Hills Pinot.
