One of the more musky, exotic orange wines we list, this non-vintage blend of Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris sees an extended; the latter grape's skins lending the wine its distinctive blush colour, and hence its name (even though this is technically an orange wine, not a rosé...). The aromas that spring from the glass have something of the wildflower meadow about them - heady lily, spring blossoms, rose petals... the fruit is also appropriately tropical; grapefruit, lychee, quince. Like many wines with such a perfumed profile, there is a balancing bitterness on the finish. It's thrilling stuff with so much intrigue, and a world away from what many consider to be typical.
This non-vintage blend combines the 2019, 20, 21, & 22 vintages.
