About the Wine
A great introduction to the world of orange wine here with Sicilian skin-contact Catarratto. Expect a rich, pithy fruit character with ripe melon, grapefruit, sage and white flowers sitting beside saline freshness with ease. Totally moreish. Great bang for buck here!
Made with 100% Catarratto, 30% of the grapes macerate on skins for just 3 days, making the wine incredibly approachable and a great place to start if you’re new to orange wine. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, no filtration, no fining and just a touch of sulphur.
