**10% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT TO THE DISPLAYED LIST PRICES FOR ALL WINES IN THIS BIN END SELECTION**

We like to keep our selection fresh here at Wayward, and that means we occasionally have a bit of a clear out of the cellar. With new vintages arriving imminently, the bin end section gives us the chance to discount the last few bottles of the old to make way for the new, saving you 10% on the retail price in the process.
Quantities of each wine are limited, and they may not hang around for long, so swoop while you have the chance. You may also spot one or two surprises in there you might not have expected…

Domaine Rietsch
Vielle Vigne Sylvaner 2019

It's pleasing to see the often overlooked or blended Alsatian varietal Sylvaner here taking centre stage and showing what it can be capable of when harvested from older vines. There is a soaring acidity and a cut glass quality, impeccably crystalline fruits and a tension that binds it all together. Find out more.

  • Region Mittelbergheim, Alsace, France
  • Grapes Sylvaner
  • Vineyard Organic
  • Cellar Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites

La Lunotte
Rossignoux 2020

Christophe Foucher makes atypical Sauvignon Blanc. This cuvée is vinified only in tank, stripping it of the idiosyncratic oxidate notes that often characterise Foucher's wine in favour of something more linear and fresh. Find out more.

  • Region Touraine, Loire, France
  • Grapes Sauvignon Blanc
  • Vineyard Organic
  • Cellar Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites

Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau
Ergastoline 2020

Made using Bergeron, a highly obscure strain of Roussanne that is found in the alpine region of Savoie. Macerated on the skins and aged in barrel, it is is ripe and exotic on the nose, with dry tea-like tannins. Incredibly delicate, alluring and one of Bouju's harder to track down cuvées. • Region St Georges Sur Allier, Auvergne, France
  • Grapes Bergeron
  • Vineyard Organic
  • Cellar Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites
