About the Wine
Delightfully more-ish Languedoc rosé made with a mix of red and white grapes, Carignan, Grenache & Viognier, all of which are pressed directly. It's got this lick of give-me-more raspberry balsamic to the acidity that ensures things are mouthwateringly compelling. A rosé of depth and intrigue that can happily be enjoyed all year round.
We're told that Remi usually holds this wine back to drink at home with family and friends - it's certainly got the qualities of a fabulous party wine. We're very happy to get our hands on a few cases to share with you.
