Lean, pristine and with some lovely powdery fruit aromas, this is a much more delicate expression of these two, often heavily-extracted red grapes. A brief maceration produces a delightful light to medium-bodied wine. Full of fresh green flavours and with plenty of crunch. Serve lightly chilled.
Albert Domingo Navarro runs his family’s farm in the hills above Tarragona, between Penedès and the Conca de Barberà. The vineyards are planted with Parellada, Macabeo, Garnatxa Blanca, Chenin Blanc, Moscatell d'Alexandria, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and Syrah on limestone soils surrounded by woodland, which act as protection and a source of biodiversity for the farm. His vines are organic and he is committed to making wine in as natural a way as possible.
