About the BEER
Like sour beer? We're going to go out there and say that this could well be the sourest you've ever tasted. Invigorating doesn't quite cut it, the tart citrus here will have your mouth watering and your hairs standing on end. Not one for the faint-hearted but we know it's something that the lambic heads are going to go crazy for.
Fermentation is of course spontaneous, brewed with local organic barley malt and spring water from St Pantaléon in Gueberschwihr, Alsace. It is then aged on white wine lees. A real livener!
