About the Wine
Cortese is the grape of Gavi, but here it sees something of a different expression. Tart lemons and green, underripe plum combine to create some proper mouthwatering acidity. It's rustic, unpolished and fun; a bit hazy and most certainly funky. Everyday natural wine for the table.
