Made from obscure local grape Fer Servadou grown in this tiny 2-hectare domaine in France's southwest. A red wine well-suited to the climes of autumn and winter - the fruit is smooth, deep and full of red & black berries and fig. The sedimentary soils over which the vines are planted, close to the banks of the river Tarn, imprint a stony, mineral base. One of those very lovely, geographically specific gems from a largely unknown region that offers a unique sense of place.
