About the Wine
Unrivaled value to be found here in this bottle-fermented fizz out of Catalonia's Cava country. It uses a familiar grape, Xarel-lo, but takes it well away from the style of Spain's most famous sparkling wine by adding plenty of aromatic Muscat and doing it all a la pet-nat. This is an altogether more laid-back style; bubbles that fizz but don't impede your consumption in the slightest, light body, peachy texture and that lovely orange blossom perfume. Hazy, glowing, good-time material.
