Bold Italian white made with the slightly unexpected combination of Sauvignon Blanc & Muller Thurgau, grapes you might associate more with France and Germany. Here, given an Italian twist in the climate of Piedmont, the wine is taken beyond the under-ripe, green and herbacous stage, and becomes a Sauvignon of much more presence. A short skin maceration adds depth and texture and the dash of Muller gives things a fresh aromatic lift.
