Natural Wine For Spring

Region – Valencia

Now that Spring is upon us heralding the end of the endless winter mist we thought it time to put together a selection of natural wines fit for the Season. Light, bright, fresh, aromatic, sensual: these are the bottles we reach for at this time of year.

Cap de Nit
Vermell 2022

A very light red, or a deep rosado depending on your inclination, this is an unusual Spanish wine made from an obscure grape named Girò. It is native to Alicante, but has also found its way over to Sardinia, where it is more prevalent. This is a very modern take on an ancient varietal. Find out more.

Muscat Blanc d’Argila 2022

A very original Muscat wine, with lifted, aromatics and oily, concentrated volume in the mouth. The acidity is fair, very Mediterranean, but magnified with the rounded character of lees aging. Unctuous and very long on the palate. Find out more.
