About the wine

A charming and easy drinking cuvée from Sylvian Bock - a vigneron who has worked alongside Gérald Oustric of Le Mazel. Trou Blanc is made with blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, balancing a crisp minerality with a pronounced tropical fruit note. This is a bottle which is primed and ready to be your next aperitif - both rounded and fresh, this is well suited for any day of the week.

The 2023 iteration of Trou Blanc is made up of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon Blanc from limestone soils. The grapes are directly pressed before being transferred into stainless steel for élevage to retain freshness and purity. A vibrant and delightful wine with playful tropical fruit tones complemented by a touch of tangy acidity.
