Delicious Welsh medium-dry cider, fermented in the bottle just like a sparkling wine. Named after Adam's daughter, this is a mixed varietal blend from the organic Hawkswood Farm orchard (the fruit has gone into to Rural Method and Pommage in the last few vintages). This is very lightly sparkling, very rounded with soft tannins and chalky fruit, wonderfully refreshing and, at 6% abv, a perfect aperitif. Bottled in August 2021. This time around, to mark this being the brothers' 10th vintage, they've gone seriously classy on the labels.
