About the Wine
A rosado made from the white grape Macabeu? Si, si! The truth is that the skins from a pressing of Garnacha and Syrah have found their way into the tank and, a little bit like swishing a paintbrush around in water, their red pigment has seeped into the wine in the most delicate way.
A trademark of the white natural wines of Penedès is their sea breeze-salinity and a spicy note of cracked white peppercorn - both are to be found here but with a blush of red fruits in the mix too. Such a great idea!
