Delicious, juicy Austrian rosé made in the easy-to-love glouglou style. A combination of Blauer Portugieser and Zweigelt which come from the Mollands region of Kamptal. , it dials up the tart black and red hedgerow berry fruit, with some minerals and spice in there too. A great value pink, especially if you favour this bold, immediate sort of style.
The grapes are directly pressed as whole bunches and see no maceration. The grapes are co-fermented in steel tanks and remain there for 8 months before bottling.
