Pinot Noir from 25-year-old vines planted on sand, pebbles and clay over granite rock. The region enjoys an oceanic climate, with a soft and humid winter and the wind coming from the west off of the Atlantic – conditions which work wonderfully for obtaining beautifully balanced Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand-harvested before a two-week maceration and 9 months rest in tank. Very easy to get along with.
