About the Wine

Please note that due to tiny availability, this wine is limited to one bottle per customer.

A bright, fresh and endlessly energetic blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. The Gamay comes from Daniel’s own vines in Bogy, the Pinot from Vincent Fargier of Les Deux Terres in southern Ardèche.

The Gamay macerates and infuses in the free run juice of the Pinot Noir; this incredibly delicate winemaking method allows Daniels signature lightness of touch to be on full show. The resulting wine is electric and immensely drinkable, without compromising on complexity.

Crunchy, red forest fruits sit alongside a delicate medicinal note with a sharp lick of acidity tying it all together. A wine which takes our mind to a wild herb garden, filled with fragrance and freshness; arriving just in time for Spring.

Very limited quantities.
