Soft, bright Gamay made with grapes from Vincent Fargier of Les Deux Terres in southern Ardèche. A lively, fresh expression of the grape with red currants and borage-like herbs tied up with a tight coil of acidity
Made with 100% Gamay from vines planted over clay and limestone soils. The grapes undergo a short maceration before fermenting in steel tanks to preserve as much freshness as possible. The resulting wine is endlessly expressive with bright red fruits sitting beside a herbal complexity.
