Easily our most popular sparkling wine. This is unofficial Prosecco (wine from the region but classified as ‘glera frizzante’ instead) made col fondo-style - meaning the lees from the second fermentation are left in the bottle, giving a the wine a naturally cloudy appearance, texture and a hit of freshly baked bread crust coming through in the aromas. There's also loads of crunchy green apple, lemon citrus and floral notes. It's so thirst-quenching, easy to drink and full of rustic charm.
