Laherte Frères ‘Blanc De Blancs Champagne’ Brut Nature NV – Stunning grower Champagne from mid-slope vineyards in Chavot and Epernay. A blend of three different vintages, oak-aged in a mix of foudres and barrels. Word is that this was Santa’s wedding day fizz!

Cà De Noci ‘Notte Di Luna’ 2021 – Skin-contact Spergola, Malvasia & Moscato providing an almost never-ending list of complex aromatics: rose blossom, lime pith, ginger, tinned peaches, clementine zest and more. A wine that just jumps from the glass.

Domaine Pattes Loup Chablis ‘Vent D’ange’ 2020 - Razor-sharp Chardonnay, mouthwatering with zesty grapefruit, apricot fruit and saline minerality. Detailed and totally sublime with an incredibly clean, long finish.

Thomas Puéchavy ‘Les Vrilles’ 2022 – Hazy, textured, mineral-driven Chenin Blanc giving a nuanced meld of gently honeyed crisp green apple and lemon sorbet floating from the glass. No-brainer aperitivo!
