About the Wine

Please note that due to very limited quantities this wine is limited to one bottle per customer.
Viognier a la Sage! Made using grapes from Vincent Fargier of Les Deux Terres. Half of the grapes undergo a one-week maceration while the other half are direct-pressed, the two halves are then combined for élevage.

This pure expression of Viognier is a return to that breezy, lithe style that Sage is known for. Here, the rich savouriness that you often get from Viognier is balanced by soft stone fruit-like qualities alongside a bright lick of acidity and a pithy finish. Very limited quantities.
