Perfectly balancing freshness with muscular, Southern Italian heft, Cirò is made using an obscure grape called Gaglioppo. It is pale in the glass, but actually quite robust once you take a sip. A good shout as a more rustic riff on the character of Nebbiolo. Find out more.
