A négociant cuvée from Katie. A light, bright expression of Gamay sourced from old vines planted over granite in the village of Bully, Southern Beaujolais. The same parcel that Katie used to make her very first wine back in 2019.
The grapes spend a fortnight on the skins as whole bunches, before spending a year in cask to rest. 2024 was a cooler year, the resulting wine showcases beautiful purity and elegance. A wine sure to only get better with time.
