A totally wild and immediately satisfying white made from the obscure Subirat Parent grape variety, an old clone of Malvasia which is almost extinct – classic Partida! Natural white wine can take on many forms; from bone-dry, pale in colour and decidedly classical, all the way through to wines with a much deeper, golden hue and notable substance. Hazy, vinous, and textured, with a plump succulence that coats the palate.
