Martin Hirsch
Roterbuckel 2023

Much like its sibling Gewurztraminer, the Roter strain gives off beautiful floral aromatics, but in a far more delicate, detailed and nuanced way. The scent of rose petals but with nothing cloying or overdone. This sense of restraint follows in to the wine too - a well-defined, chiselled feel, with fine tannic framework. Find out more.

Vinyes Singulars
Salinar 2023

Stunning expression of old-vine Xarel-lo, here from the Salinar vineyard planted in 1959. Tthe wine was aged in chestnut barrel and for 6 months and not topped up, allowing a gentle oxidative character to form, taking this in the direction of an Amontillado sherry - golden, honeyed with salty almond and citrus peels. • Grapes Xarel-lo
  • Vineyard Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites
