Mico-production Jura Chardonnay from a tiny parcel of 40-year old vines vines planted over limestone in the lieu-dit of Au Carré in the hills around Grusse. The grapes are pressed directly in an old vertical press and moved by gravity into a combination of foudre and demi-muids for three years of élevage.
2022 was an incredibly warm and dry vintage. The resulting wine balances density and power with finesse and nuance. A truly stunning wine that is sure to reward drinkers for years to come.
