An iconic wine from the Pfifferling family. Grapes, both red and white, from a single parcel planted on the bright white 'galets' that characterise the area. After an 8 day whole bunch maceration, the grapes are pressed separately and juices blended before aging for 1 year in barrels and cement tanks.
Delicate perfume and an incredible purity of fruit with a touch of spice and a long finish. Drinking well now but will only get better with time.
