About the wine
A dangerously drinkable field blend of no less than 7 different local varietals from old vines in Flonheim. Grapes including Müller Thurgeau, Bacchus, Scheurebe, Huxel, Würzer, Faber, Riesling, maybe more - who knows?!
Thirst-quenching and bouncing with energy, this is just the type of thing we’re opening in the sunshine. Pouring an inviting hazy shade of gold, aromatically this jumps out of the glass with all things grapefruit, waxy lemon, elderflower, ripe apple and tropical fruits.
Landing somewhere in-between the orange and white wine world, a touch of skin contact lends the wine an orange hue and fine-grained tannin, adding texture and complexity. Super tangy and almost gluggable – watch the glasses empty!
