A blend of familiar grapes varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Malbec, but with the obscure Bergerac varietals Fer, Périgord and Abouriou in the mix too. The grapes come from 60-year old vines grown over limestone soils. Destemmed and macerate for 20 days, with gentle extraction through small pump-overs. The wine is aged in a mixture of stainless steel, old oak barrel and amphora.
