Pure, fruit-forward Cinsault giving an ultimate red-fruit bomb of raspberries, pomegranate, crunchy cranberries, cherries, wild strawberries and a touch of sour wine gums. This is about as fruity, fresh and zingy as it gets!
Another shining example of a bright, vibrant wine that goes against the big, broad-shouldered-wine expectations that people associate with the region. A totally delicious, bouncing ball of a wine.
Made with 100% Cinsault, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a one week maceration before resting in stainless steel, preserving as much freshness and pure fruit possible. The resulting wine sits somewhere in-between the dark rosé and red wine world, chill down and enjoy! A bottle never lasts long.
