Made with 100% Cinsault, the grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a one week maceration before resting in stainless steel, preserving as much freshness and pure fruit possible. The resulting wine sits somewhere in-between the dark rosé and red wine world, chill down and enjoy! A bottle never lasts long.
