Stunning field blend from the lieu-dit of Rittersberg. Something about the granite soils here gives the wine a sort of cut glass precision - the wine is fantastically crystalline. Natural white wine can take on many forms; from bone-dry, pale in colour and decidedly classical, all the way through to wines with a much deeper, golden hue and notable substance. Hazy, vinous, and textured, with a plump succulence that coats the palate.
