Like all of Mikaël's wines from the dry 2022 vintage, there is a chiselled structure and profound minerality, the vines having reached deep down to the limestone bedrock for nutrients. 2024 was a warm vintage which shows itself in the generous fruit profile, but as always the wine is angular and mineral too. This year there is the faintest rush of pinprick bubbles upon opening, enhancing the crisp refreshment. Find out more.

A beautiful single-vineyard cuvée, using the forgotten Sauvignon Gris varietal - know locally as Fié. White peach, lemongrass, something a little golden and honeyed. A touch of barrel richness melds nicely with the fleshy textures on show. Find out more.
