About the Wine
Elegant, lifted Pinot Noir with pretty red fruits taking centre stage while a well-balanced warming spice, smoke and earth sit in the background. Silky smooth with streak of fresh minerality giving that vibrant kick. A stunning Pinot that delivers in both elegance and effortless drinkability.
The 2022 is made with 100% Pinot Noir (the first time they haven’t added Pinot Gris into the mix) from vines grown on sandstone and limestone in in Flonheim. After hand harvesting, the whole bunches ferment in stainless steel before being transferred to large oak barrels for 9 months rest. Pure, expressive Pinot Noir from a thoughtful, talented young producer.
