Early-picked fruit gives an impression of green strawberry, blood orange and spiced red apple. A wire of acidity coils around it all for tension and refreshment. We know what we'll be drinking this summer. Find out more.

Feeling that the 2024 harvest from the prized Le Franc vineyard was not suited to the usual barrel treatment, Olivier decided to vinify this fruit in a similar way to Pur Breton - the results are superb and possess the vibrant energy of a primeur. Find out more.

A luminous salmon pink in the glass from just 24hrs with the crushed grapes sitting in the press. Soft, mousse-y bubbles cushion a pretty watercolour wash of little bramble fruits and crisp Russett apple, with some unexpected notes of blood orange and clementine citrus. Find out more.

An atypical Jura white made using a direct-press of the Seyve Villard hybrid - a disease-resistant varietal that requires no herbicide or pesticide vineyard treatments. It flourishes over the red and grey marls and fossil-rich Jurassic limestone of the region, producing a wine that lacks none of the tension and edge you'd hope for from its native Chardonnay or Savagnin. Barrel notes are balanced, but can be picked up on immediately - that rich butterscotch, coconut sort of character that feels to intensify the fruit. Lemon is oily, or like a dense lemon curd; bruised orchard pears, a marmalade-y pithiness and concentration and a deep-set, struck match reductions that coils off and melds into the electric acids. Another of Didier's wines from hybrid vines, here using the white Seyve Villard in a co-fermentation with the red Léon Millot varietal. It is amazing to see how this wine takes on the characteristics of a Jura red regardless. It has the translucent appearance, ethereal quality and exotic aromatics one might associate with the more expressive examples of Trousseau or Poulsard. Find out more.

The grape most synonymous with Franken, this is one of Martin's more serious terroir wines made with 100% Silvaner. The vineyard parcel (one of Martin's oldest planted in the late 80s) sits over a particular type of limestone the region knows as Muschelkalk. Rich in fossilised shells and century old marine deposits, it is highly calcareous and imprints precision acid and minerality to the finished wine. Find out more.
