Didier & Jules Grappe
Seyve Villard 2024

An atypical Jura white made using a direct-press of the Seyve Villard hybrid - a disease-resistant varietal that requires no herbicide or pesticide vineyard treatments. It flourishes over the red and grey marls and fossil-rich Jurassic limestone of the region, producing a wine that lacks none of the tension and edge you'd hope for from its native Chardonnay or Savagnin. Find out more.

  • Region Saint-Lothain, Jura, France
  • Grapes Seyve Villard
  • Vineyard Organic & Biodynamic
  • Cellar Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites

Mikaël Bouges
Les Couilles d'Anes 2023

A serious wine with a silly name - Couilles d'Anes translates as 'donkey balls', a colloquial term coined by the local vigneron to describe the unusual black stones that can be found dotting the vineyard soils in certain locations. A delightfully aromatic vintage, bright cherry and bramble fruits meld with a violet perfume in the glass. Find out more.

  • Region Touraine, Loire, France

Martin Hirsch
Tagwerk 2023

The grape most synonymous with Franken, this is one of Martin's more serious terroir wines made with 100% Silvaner. The vineyard parcel (one of Martin's oldest planted in the late 80s) sits over a particular type of limestone the region knows as Muschelkalk. Rich in fossilised shells and century old marine deposits, it is highly calcareous and imprints precision acid and minerality to the finished wine. Find out more.

  • Region Kitzingen, Franconia, Germany
  • Grapes Silvaner
  • Vineyard Organic
  • Cellar Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites
