Antonio Gismondi
Maturato 2024

A brand new Gismondi wine from 2024, based around a new parcel of Moscato Bianco he recently acquired. This aromatic varietal seems to fare well at the altitude Antonio works, here planted at 550 meters over rocky limestone and the vineyard where the 2024 harvest commenced, in late August. • Grapes Moscato & Malvasia di Candia
  • Vineyard Biodynamic

Olivier Cousin
Enfin du Vin 2024

Feeling that the 2024 harvest from the prized Le Franc vineyard was not suited to the usual barrel treatment, Olivier decided to vinify this fruit in a similar way to Pur Breton - the results are superb and possess the vibrant energy of a primeur. Find out more.

Didier & Jules Grappe
Tohu Bohu 2023

Barrel notes are balanced, but can be picked up on immediately - that rich butterscotch, coconut sort of character that feels to intensify the fruit. Lemon is oily, or like a dense lemon curd; bruised orchard pears, a marmalade-y pithiness and concentration and a deep-set, struck match reductions that coils off and melds into the electric acids. Find out more.

  • Region Saint-Lothain, Jura, France
  • Grapes Chardonnay
  • Vineyard Organic & Biodynamic
  • Cellar Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites

Didier & Jules Grappe
Pif Purple 2024

Another of Didier's wines from hybrid vines, here using the white Seyve Villard in a co-fermentation with the red Léon Millot varietal. It is amazing to see how this wine takes on the characteristics of a Jura red regardless. It has the translucent appearance, ethereal quality and exotic aromatics one might associate with the more expressive examples of Trousseau or Poulsard. Find out more.

  • Region Saint-Lothain, Jura, France
  • Grapes Seyve Villard, Léon Millot & Plantet
  • Vineyard Organic & Biodynamic
  • Cellar Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites

Roterbuckel 2023

Much like its sibling Gewurztraminer, the Roter strain gives off beautiful floral aromatics, but in a far more delicate, detailed and nuanced way. Vom Siebenerlei 2023

A vibrant cherry red in the glass, it is a light-bodied Rotwein that demands to be served chilled. Lifted, open and fresh, the fruits meld damson and redcurrant with herbal notes of hibiscus flowers. A wine that very much gives you a feel for the deceptively long, hot summers that can be found in this lesser-sung Bavarian wine region. Find out more.

Salinar 2023

Stunning expression of old-vine Xarel-lo, here from the Salinar vineyard planted in 1959. Tthe wine was aged in chestnut barrel and for 6 months and not topped up, allowing a gentle oxidative character to form, taking this in the direction of an Amontillado sherry - golden, honeyed with salty almond and citrus peels.
