We’re very happy to have received a handful of the 2022 Aligoté from Domaine Dandelion; a tiny, sought-after, no-additions Burgundy grower. Made with 100% Aligoté harvested from two old parcels, each plot with its own terroir and unique character, bringing impeccable balance to the finished wine. Find out more.

This is his direct-press Aligoté, given a slow 24-48 hour press in his antique basket press, which gives texture and body to the wine. It has electric acidity and incredibly pure fruit. Find out more.

The grapes come from some of Benoît’s younger vines, though still 40 plus years old. Pressed direct and aged in barrel, this wine shows lovely texture and plenty of ripe, pure fruit and bright citrus. Find out more.
