Marsanne from St Réméze in the southern Ardèche, made using whole bunches in carbonic maceration. This technique really draws out the broad, textural potential of the varietal - tannins have a delicate, dialled-back grippiness that neatly frames ripe southern flavours of hay, honey, saline stone fruit and a burst of pineapple.
