Made from a single half-hectare parcel of the lesser-cultivated Sumoll Blanc varietal, the vines here planted as far back as the late 50s. This shows the fleshier, more textural side to Ignasi's whites, with aromas of lime cordial citrus and chamomile flowers. A field blend rosato from a small sub-hectare parcel of some of the younger vines of the estate. Rugged and robust, there is some volatility on the nose, but given time to open up this gives way to a ripe compote of fruits; juicy damson, red cherry and almond, with mouthwatering acidity.
