About the Wine
The latest from Hannah's ABRACADABRA project! An intriguing red/white blend of Viognier and Cinsault, this is a category defying natural wine which feels somewhere in between the rosé and orange wine world.
It’s all tart vibrant fruit with a salty backbone reminiscent of pickles and brine which sit alongside a soft creamy edge and the lightest pearlescent tingle on the palate. A vital and expressive which is one-of-a-kind. Arriving with us just in time for those long, Summer afternoons.
Made with a blend of Viognier from Mattia Carfagna’s parcels in Hérault, Southern France, and Cinsault from Le Mazel in Valvignères, Ardèche. Tiny production as always, with just 1100 bottles produced.
