About the Wine

A textured, hazy blend of Parellada and Trepat which glows bright in the glass - a true sunshine wine! The Parellada provides a tonic, citrus quality to the wine, whilst the Trepat provides a hint of bloody-iron minerality alongside bursts of tropical fruit. Pouring a peachy-pink sunset in the glass, this red/white blend gives us everything we need for those long sunny afternoons, with herbs, fruit and minerals sitting in perfect balance. Is it an orange? Is it a rosé? Call it what you like, one thing is for sure, a bottle won’t last long.

Made using hand-harvested grapes, the Parrellada and Trepat both gently macerate separately for 7 days before being pressed and combined into stainless steel for 7 months rest before bottling. The resulting wine is fresh, invigorating and just a little bit wild. Clocking in at a very nice price too.

About Celler Tuets

Albert Domingo Navarro runs his family’s farm in the hills above Tarragona, between Penedès and the Conca de Barberà. The vineyards are planted with Parellada, Macabeo, Garnatxa Blanca, Chenin Blanc, Moscatell d'Alexandria, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and Syrah on limestone soils surrounded by woodland, which act as protection and a source of biodiversity for the farm. His vines are organic and he is committed to making wine in as natural a way as possible.
