Light, airy Cinsault that justifies the descriptive tag of 'juice', clocking in at a happily gluggable 11.5%. Fruit is juicy red apple with mouth-watering tart cherry and the tannins are almost non-existent. Fun! Find out more.
The return of Testalonga's good-time bubbles! As if the bulldog on the label wasn't selling this one enough, here we have a zero-sulphur pét-nat of fleshy, vinous Chenin Blanc; disgorged 10 months after the wine went into the bottle. It can be considered as a sparkling version of the absolute whistle-clean still white Keep On Punching - all super-zesty, seriously zinging green apple and lemon citrus, with a nice creamy feel from the bottle fermentation and highly drinkable low finished alcohol. Certain to put smiles on faces, this is dangerously easy to get on with fizz.
After travelling extensively in Portugal and Austria learning his craft, Craig Hawkins returned to South Africa and became the winemaker at top Swartland estate Lammershoek. Craig now makes his own Testalonga wines from various small, organic vineyard sites in Swartland and makes everything naturally, with as little intervention as possible. 'Baby Bandito' is his easy drinking, entry-level range.
