Some serious Doubs Chardonnay with a lot to interest fans of the crystalline Jura style associated with the likes of Ganevat, Labet, Overnoy, et al, or similarly a top Côte de Beaune Burgundy.
From the warmest vintage in recent memory, it is quite remarkable how the old vines have harnessed its qualities whilst avoiding any of the trappings one might associate with such a year. Displaying great density, power and length, this is already compelling and will reward drinkers for many years to come.
