Lean, pristine and with some lovely powdery fruit aromas, this is a much more delicate expression of these two, often heavily-extracted red grapes. Celler Tuets coming good as per! Find out more.
A little bit of everything going in here and a great introduction to this producer. This is made from white grapes from all of Albert’s plots, which are very lightly macerated on the skins before pressing and ageing on the lees for 8 months. All completed in steel tanks for pristine freshness. A wine which lies somewhere in between the orange and white wine world. Tot Blanc is is fresh, light, tonic and herbaceous, with a delicately aromatic nose with some aniseed-like undertones. Would be perfect with a fish stew or some sardines on the grill.
Albert Domingo Navarro runs his family’s farm in the hills above Tarragona, between Penedès and the Conca de Barberà. The vineyards are planted with Parellada, Macabeo, Garnatxa Blanca, Chenin Blanc, Moscatell d'Alexandria, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and Syrah on limestone soils surrounded by woodland, which act as protection and a source of biodiversity for the farm. His vines are organic and he is committed to making wine in as natural a way as possible.
