Deliciously ripe, fruity and fresh pet-nat made of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon. A bottle to crack open on those those sunny afternoons (or rainy afternoons for that matter - why not?), filled with zesty citrus, green apples and ripe pears.
There is a very slight sweetness here, balanced out with a zippy acidity and lots of pretty little bubbles. The grapes are direct-pressed and partially ferment in stainless steel before completing fermentation in bottle. Incredibly easy to get along with.
