About the Wine
A gorgeous expression of Pinot Noir from thirty five year old vines planted over volcanic sandstone. It macerated as a mix of whole bunches and destemmed grapes for ten days, before being pressed to a combination of old barrels and vats for a year of rest. Light, bright, pretty and perfumed with red berries, earth and spice, it sums up everything we love about Pinot from Alsace.
